The Socialist Coelembier Germain died last week at age 64. He served on the council of Kortrijk from 1982 to 2006. If I speak to him on this blog, because he defended the unity of our country and was the national president of the Royal Society Philhanthropique medals and decorations of Belgium (founded in 1865).
